IRHAM NUSSAIR BIN SHAMSUL JAFNI graduated with a law degree from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in the year 2021. He is also a member of ANSARA Serting, where he previously completed his high school studies in MRSM Serting. He completed his pupillage in July 2022 at Messrs Nik Safia & Co under the tutelage of Puan Safia Binti Ahmad Jahidi, where he was subsequently retained and called to the Bar in December 2022.
He was entrusted to handle Civil Litigation, where he represented individuals and companies in various general litigation matters, including but not limited to Debt Recovery, Joint Venture Disputes, LAD Disputes, Partnership Disputes, and Execution of Judgments.
One of his notable achievements is successfully obtaining a Garnishee Order Absolute on behalf of a purchaser for the matter of claiming Liquidated Ascertained Damages (LAD) against a Housing Development Account (HDA) belonging to a Developer.
Apart from that, he is also entrusted to handle corporate matters such as the reviewing and drafting of numerous commercial agreements on behalf of various levels of Corporations.
He also regularly appears in Court representing clients in Criminal Litigation matters for various offences under the Penal Code. Plus, he also represents Clients and Companies in Industrial Relation matters.
Currently, he is one of the Partners at Messrs Nussair Akmal Syahmi Partnership.
AHMAD AKMAL FAIQ BIN AHMAD RAMLAN graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) with a degree in Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons) in the year 2019. He commenced his pupillage with Messrs Tan Norizan & Associates under the tutelage of Choo Siew Fun and later was called to the bar in December 2020.
During his chambering period, he was attached to the Conveyancing Department, where he was exposed to real estate and property as well as banking and finance matters. He is responsible for handling a broad range of works in the areas of conveyancing transactions such as the sale and purchase of properties and property financing (both Conventional and Islamic).
In January 2021, he pursued his career as a Legal Associate at Messrs Nik Safia & Co. and was entrusted to handle conveyancing matters such as the preparation of Sale and Purchase Agreements, Loan Documentation, and others. One of his notable achievements is his experience in handling low-cost properties for the states of Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, and Melaka. Plus, he has experience in dealing with complex cases such as Auction cases and cases where the owner declared bankruptcy. For loan documentation, he has experience working with most of the financial institutions such as Maybank, CIMB, RHB, and LPPSA.
At Messrs Nik Safia & Co., he was one of the team leaders for the conveyancing department. He was responsible for monitoring conveyancing files in the firm, making sure they were of the expected quality within the required time frame.

MOHAMMAD SYAHMI BIN MOHAMED NAZRI holds a Bachelor Degree of Law (LLB) from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA) in the year 2019. He is also a member of STAROBA, where he previously completed his high school studies in Sekolah Tuanku Abdul Rahman. He underwent his pupillage at Messrs T.G. Koh & Song, Melaka, under the tutelage of Koh Tiam Guan and was called to the Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court Malaya in October 2020. During his pupillage, he was exposed to civil litigation matters, mainly in Accident (Bodily injury claims and property damage) cases and dealt with certain other cases such as probate, administration of estates, and debt recovery.
After being called to the Bar, he engaged in the business field in 2020, where he acted as Business Development Executive in Trisnedo Ventures Sdn Bhd, Melaka. He also acted as a Protégé in PLUS Malaysia Bhd, located in Persada Plus Petaling Jaya, Selangor, under the Sale and Purchase Department (Procurement) in 2021. He was assigned to prepare the necessary documents and work alongside the legal team for the corporate documents between PLUS Malaysia and the Vendors.
In early January 2022, he was a Junior Trademark Executive at Mirandah Asia (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, located in Plaza Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, where his tasks included advising local and international clients such as WhatsApp and ESPN on trademark objections and/or opposition, preparing written submissions to the Malaysian Registry, and attending hearings with the local Registrars from the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO).
In November 2022, he pursued his career as a Legal Associate at Messrs Nik Safia & Co and was assigned to handle the Malacca branch. He was entrusted to handle Conveyancing matters such as the preparation of Sale and Purchase Agreements, Loan documentation, and others. He also regularly conducted sharing sessions for Real Estate Agencies.
Currently, he is one of the Partners at Messrs Nussair Akmal Syahmi Partnership.
